Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be Lake (L, D)


Pick up early in the morning from your hotel in Hanoi old quarter for the journey to Ba Be Lake, about 230 kms from Hanoi. Along the way, take a stop to visit a Tay ethnic minority community – one in two largest ethnic group in Vietnam after only the Viet-kinhs Group, most of living is the cultivation of rice and agriculture.


Arriving in Ba Be National Park, take a boat for riding along the Nang River and explore the famous places such as Ba Be Lake, the rapids of the Dau Dang waterfall, tiny Widow Island and the caves of Puong Grotto. Have a chance to visit and find out houses on stilt of the Tay minority community in Bo Lu Village, where you will spend the night in Mr Linh home-stay ( Tay family )


Day 2: Ba Be – Cao Bang – Ban Gioc (B, L, D)


After breakfast, depart for Cao Bang Province, near Vietnam’s northern border with China. Visit the Nung people in the Phuoc Sen village, a small famous village for the production of farming tools.


Mostly the Tays, the Nungs ethnic minority live by farming the terraced rice paddies.On the way to transfer to Ban Gioc Waterfall, you will see all the beauty of the terraced rice paddies. Ban Gioc Waterfall is the majestic falls that demarcate the northern border between Vietnam and China. Spend the best time for relaxing at Ban Gioc Waterfall and taking best photos for your trip when you are having chance for soaking up the sublime atmosphere of Vietnam’s most beautiful waterfall.

Day 3: Cao Bang – Hanoi (B, L)


After an overnight at the hotel in Cao Bang Province, Breakfast and depart for Hanoi. It is a journey about 310 kilometers through vertiginous rice paddies and remote villages. On the way to stop at an ethnic village well known for producing tobacco. Having great opportunity to enjoy some peace and tranquility of road less traveled in Vietnam.


A stop for taking a rest and enjoying lunch before your hotel drop-off coming back Hanoi Capital.
